QHY9 Shutter speed?

Hi

After the heating PCB coming, it really solve the frog problem. But, when I need to take a flat by lightbox,
it needs the shutter speed about even 0.001s, the shutter of QHY9 seems could not make it, it's fastest speed
seems only 0.01(1/100)s.

The QHY8 could achieve the 0.001s, of course, it has no shutter, and I take a very good flat for every image.

Is it possible for modified the control program, to let the shutter open first,  and control the exposure time like
QHY8 to achieve the highest speed, like 0.001s?

The shutter of QHY9 seems not much useful..even taking a dark or bias, it still some light leaking.

Any solution for this problem?

Hi,

You might want to cut down brightness of the Light box.
I placed some sheets of paper between my box and telescope.
White fabric is good too.

This is not possible !

QHY8 uses interline readout CCD sensor with electronic shutter.
QHY9 uses frame readout CCD sensor, which has no electronic shutter and require external mechanical shutter.

You must decrease brightness of flatfield box to value which can be handled by mechanical shutter.
