    The QHY11's low temperature problem is located and compeletely solved.
     Please opreate follow the attach file.

I've modified the qhy11 for the user 73km, then check camera at -15 degree. Now camera works fine. Thanks.

Just for the record I am writing in again as I own a QHY11S camera purchased since early 2012 and am anxious to know if I have to have the mod done or not? No reply received to date !!

It reflects badly on your company and you because owners who have this model should be told what they need to know in regards to the mod - just a simple short reply would be fine - a "Yes" or a "No"; in case if it's a "Yes" I can organise the work to be done thru Theo here in Australia and if "No" I need not have to worry about it isn't it? - is that too much to ask being an owner of an affected model?

      Please open your camera top cover then check your camera version refer to the attach image:
     
     
      If your camera is the first version,you need not to update;if your camera is the second version,please update your camera according to the instruction file.

Please provide the images again as the originals seemed to be corrupted and cannot be opened under any image-editing software...
