Recent days our help ticket system meet some problems and it can not send our reply to user's email box automaticly. If you made some ticket in March and April you may not get the email of the access key or link and also no the reply from the help ticket system even we did reply you on it.
We are repairing it and hope it can be solved as soon as possible. During this period you can use the dicusss forum to contact us.
