Several years has passed since cmos are on the market, but still is not possible to control via ascom gain and offset settings. This thing makes almost impossible to jump from LRGB to Narrowband automatically. Ascom drivers can be troublesome in some setups and from time to time can bother a lot.
The 600 camera has 2 gbic 10Gbps ports that are a little overwhelming for the consumer market.
The question is, since on the market 5Gbps and 10Gbps switch are coming out, would be a nonsense to stard designing a camera with a chopper port and a webserver to manage it?
