I have sent my QHY9 camera back to Honk Kong for repair (Application number 20210210). I followed the process of instructions sent to me to send it to Robin Lee and the package arrived there on 8th April according to the tracking system. I have emailed the support team three times asking for an acknowledgement that the camera has arrived and what the current state of progress is on the repair. All emails have been met with silence. I would just like a response to my questions even if it is just to give a rough estimate on how long the camera will take to repair. Currently my view of QHYCCD customer support is not good.
